 Topic: Require inputs

Hi ,

I want to start the house construnction in bangalore. The site measures are as follows and Total site is 1470 Sqft.

East to west - 35 Feet

North to South - 42 Feet

Road is on North side

Want to build G + 1

and In ground flor leave to parking to park 2 cars and 4 bikes + 2 BHK ?

In 1st Floor  2 BHK with spacious hall and dining.

What is the current construction cost in bangalore Per SQFT including material.

 

Can you pleaes provide the approximate cost of construciton for the above requirement for medium quality and high quality.

Join date: May 2014		In average quality it will cost u around 40 lac's and in good it will cost u around 50 lac's. All inclusive.
