Dear Ram Mohan Das

                          Where the sub soil has poor or uncertain bearing capacity or where there is likely to be ap[reciable ground movement as with black cotton soil  or shinkable clay or where foundation should be deeper than 2 meter, it is offten economical to use pile for foundation.
