Respected Sir,We are constructing a individual house at an area of approx 450sq.ft. Build G 3.It is now at the roof level. There are 9 columns. Builder used the below for columns.1.9x12 - 16 mm 6 nos rods for columns.2.4x4 - 10-12 mm column footing 3.9x9 - 12mm 5 nos plinth beam/tieKindly let me know if this is strong enough for G 3 and if any additional strength is required.please suggested.

S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Ranjeet, The size of column, footing, plinth beam and MS steel used is sufficient for G+3.
