Dear Sir,

I am planning to construct my house with 36X12 feet (internal Area) for three room ( Two Room with 12 feet X11 Feet and 3rd one will be 14X12)
Can I use 8 column pillar with size 9X9 inch that will contain 4 pcs 12 mm TATA Tiscon saria.

Distance between each Pillar will be approx. 12 feet.

Note : In future, can I extend it to first floor with above column pillar ?

Please see the attached image for more details.

Dear Amit Kumar
You should go with either 4nos 16 mm dia steel bars or 6 nos 12mm dia bars with cement concrete ratio 1;1.5;3.

Post subject: Dear Sir,

Dear Sir,

I Need One More information.

If I am planning for a hall area (13 feet X 27 feet ), and  putting the pillar with 16 mm TATA saria (4 No of saria). Please find the attached screenshot. Please consider the highlighted rounded area in image.

Please suggest it would be sufficient to carry the roof load of this area. Putting  7 no of pillar with 16 mm saria. My confusion is that the load of the hall will be easily carried out by this biller if I am putting 2 number of latak beam .

Additional information required : if I am planning for 4 no of 16 mm saria pillar than what should the size of pillar and what size of ring required for this piller.

Dear Amit
  FOR YOUR SECOND QUESTION
The size and steel is designed by structural engineer by taking load on the pillar/ column. How ever for general use you should take the pillar / column size 12''x9'' with 6 no 16 mm dia bars  with 8mm dia bars  rings at 4'' ceter to center at  bottom and top and 6'' c/c in middle, and use cement concrete 1;1.5;3 ratio.

Post subject: Regarding Beam

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your Prompt Reply and valuable suggestion.
As I mentioned earlier, My pillar is not coming in front of each other. So I am very confused  how should I Go for roof Beam.
If I will go to connect beam pillar to pillar, My beam Will be not straight. I have to one side pillar and other side 10 inch wall. refer first image. is it possible ?

Or in other Scenario  I can use beam pillar to Pillar but it will not be straight. Please refer 2nd picture that is attached.

Please suggest on above.

second question : My area is 27 feet long and 13 feet wide. How many roof beam required in which style.

Dear Amit
In my view it is better if you consult any structural engineer or civil engineer of your town or city. who will make suggestion after visiting the site.
More ever lay beam on pillars length wise first than lay the cross beam straight. 2nos beam is required.
