Roof main vs distributuion?

 Topic: Roof main vs distributuion?
Hi,

Which side is to be considered main and which to be distribution to lay bars?

Our lohar says that shorter side is main but if we do that we would end up using lots of tmt overlaping in our case so they said to consider longer side as main

        Shorter side is for main bars if difference is up to 2' than use longer side.
