Dear Jahankumar. Hello..! Kindly ask your builder about 1. Spacing and size of reinforcement bars laid as main and distribution steel..the thickness is okay. 2. The span of Beams and its reinforcement. The M15 is used for proportion of concrete it is 1:2:4, where 1part cement,2 part sand, 4 part Aggregate ,which is used for general R.C.C.work.its also okay. No need to put extra weight by increasing thickness....regards | |

You should take help of any civil engineer, who can see the slab personally and check it by chiseling and hammering and also see the span of the beam and slab. There is no use to add any extra concrete layer to the old concrete slab it will not add any strength but with extra concrete increase the load on the slab which is unnecessary.
