Topic: plan for new construction 182 sq yd corner plot

Please help me on a layout for new construction with following sides:
Front and back: 30 ft
one side on the south: 52' 9"
other side on North side : 56' 8"
Street on west facing: 20 ft
Street on north facing: 12.3'

Need to build a 2 bhk+study room+pooja room+2 toilets+1 servant qtr.with Kitchen and toilet.

Pls suggest me vastu compliant layout.
