3 bhk is not possible in the area of the pic attached, its just 15x30 = 450 sq.ft.

Your plan is not as per vastu in respect of stair, kitchen,shaft size, toilet etc.
In your plan their is no ventilation in lobby and approx no ventilation or short ventilation in kitchen, toilet and bed room.
it is not good to construct as per this plan due to ventilation and vastu.
Also size of living room, lobby and kitchen and toilet is not suitable for living purpose.
If you need 3 BHK go for two story. If you like better living than go for two and half story.
Better plan only living room, lobby kitchen and toilet in GF
Two bed room on first floor and one bed room on second floor with toilet in each floor.
