I live in Madhya pradesh India,, we have a very a 300 year old house

what is the solution..what is the legal work we need to do before we demolish and construct.

please help

        As you said your house is 300 years old than I think your neighbors house is new one than less than 300 years old. They had construct house after your house and the walls of your neighbors are strong enough.
For the safety point of view, you should consult any civil engineer  and any skilled mason of your city, who can guide you after visiting the house site.
At time of dismantlement you should dismantle the house by manual labor not through machine gently one item after other item.
If face any difficulty at the time of dismantle take advice of engineer for particular difficulty.
         For legal point consult any lawyer of your city.
