You need to post some photos and provide more description. Is the leak due to Water Tank or due to rains?
Is it a flat roof or a sloping roof building?
Solutions will differ.

For
leakage in terrace tiles, there are only few products in the market currently,
which guarantee permanent solution. You can try a series of products available
at Roff Pidilite, according to your problem. I had similar problem of leakage
in my terrace tiles and got it fixed with Roff. I feel it is very durable and
easy to apply. | |
