      You have not send the picture. Please tell weather you are constructing roof with RCC OR with any type of sheets and sun shade are with roof becoming the size 19'x20' or the sun shade are at rt angle with ends.

Purpose of area and you need covered area of built up area or slab area or projection area all area need different calculation.
Also state in which purpose for estimation, drawings, billing.
