Building a 2 storey showroom in Moga, Punjab

 Topic: Building a 2 storey showroom in Moga, Punjab
Hi Sir,

I have a 3200 sq feet showroom plot.

How much will it cost (labour+material) to build an empty 2-floor showroom without any fancy interior design/decorations ?

- flooring : tiles
- ceiling : plaster ceiling
- bathroom+toilets : 2 (one each per floor)
- 1 stair case (inside) with tiles
- water & electrical pipes

I have attached a picture for reference.
