 Topic: COST OF COLUMN PER SFT
Sir Please clear my doubts , I'm just stepping into construction
of my dream house. 

From Basement to 30 feet high 3 Floors (Ground + 2 Floors)
RCC and RBC Diffrence ?
Cost of RCC and RBC per SFT?
Which Size and Category of steel is better for 3 story building for RCC and Columns and Beams.?
I heard steel some people are selling cheap one which is refurbished ? how can we differentiate that ?

Cement Type and caustions ?

and any help full information?

   Use RCC NOT RBC no doubts RCC IS COSTLY, but in column, lintel and beam you can not use RBC, you can only use RBC in slab but RBC LIFE is less as copare to RCC.
  USE MS steel of any of standard factory/ make.
Size of MS steel bars should be according to design and drawing.
Use MS steel of standard make such as TATA and some other IS holding Steel manufacturer.
The cement required for construction should be factory-manufactured from a reputed manufacturer. It must not be from the local plant manufacturer. Care should be taken that the cement is properly packed from the factory, not be hand packed locally. While taking supply of cement manufacturing date, grade and type should be checked. The cement should not be more than six weeks old from the date of manufacturing.

Join date: May 2014		Use RCC in columns, Lantel and beams. No RBC. Use any brand of cement, no problem. Pure MS steel id of TATA Tiscon and Kamdhenu 10000, but would be around 10 Rs/kg expensive than the refurnaced.
