House Plan for 15 feet by 30feet

 Topic: House Plan for 15 feet by 30feet
I have a plot that size is 15 feet by 30 feet north facing.I want 2 room ,1kitchen & 1 bathroom .Could you please send the me lay out of house plan.

Join date: Dec 2007		 Post subject: 450 sq. ft is pretty small plot but you can plan...
450 sq. ft. is pretty small but we recommend you to plan for G+1 if you want your house to be properly ventilated and spacious room sizes. 

You can have Kitchen, powder room and Hall on ground with rear and front setbacks. First floor can have two bedrooms with bathrooms. 

You can look at the idea for floor plans in the ready made section on website.
