|  Topic: I am constructing a first floor in Jaipur area of plot size being 45 * 72. Alre
I am constructing a first floor in Jaipur area of plot size being 45 * 72. Already constructed area is one bedroom of size 17 * 14, two bathrooms size 8.75 * 10 and 9.75 * 6.75. Remaining area to be constructed is drawing room 16 * 25, kitchen 17 * 9, lobby 16 * 11.25,two bedrooms 12 * 12 and 16.5 * 11.25, bathroom 7.5 * 10. Porch area is 8 * 11.3. Staircase 10.9 * 7, Room on second floor 21.75*21.75 bathroom 12*9.25 , storeroom 9*4 These are all internal measurements.Request please advise on the construction cost. |
