 Topic: duration of constucting home
hi, i am planning to constuct a home , can any one know about duration it will take to com pleat home appx .
construction area 1500 sq feet single floor,

4-5 months depending on the type of foundation.

           The time of construction depend on many factor such as
i. Timely making all formalities
a, preparation of Architect and structural drawings.
b, Necessary sanctions from civil autorities.
c, Arrangements of water and electricity connection.
After necessary arrangements the second phase start.
i. Arrangement of labor and material timely.
If there is sufficient labor and material then good planing is required.
If all work done simultaneously and proper planing is made as per bar chart than 1500 sft house may be finished in 3 months.
