MY CONTRACTOR IS CHARGING THE SAME RATE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR GROUND AS WELL AS FIRST FLOOR AND ALSO FOR COMMON PASSAGE AND CAR PARKING .IS IT FAIR ENOUGH |

The rates settlement is your own matter. But The rates may be varies from car parking, passage and ground and first floor.

Price for ground and 1st floor will be same if he is doing water proofing compund with cooling tiles and will be leave 3ft pillars on the terrace for extension with cement packing. Price for car park is same if he is covered (with roof slab) and antiskid tiles on the floor and front side main grill gate. Again it all depends on the specifications... | | |
