Dears,

I am discussing the rates with contractors for my home construction.

Two contractors are quoting the following prices.

i. With Construction material high quality Rs.1700/ Sq ft
ii. With Construction material Normal quality Rs.1550/ Sq ft
iii. Labour rate Rs.350/ Sq Ft

I am interested for third option of Labour contract, and feel the quoted prices are bit high 

Could you share your ideas whether this quoted price is reasonable or high at the location of Madurai Region, Tamilnadu.

If so could you share the tentative reasonable price.

           It is better to survey your area/ city and labor rate is good option.
