 Topic: labor rate for RCC work

Please kindly help me to decide the labor rate of R.C.C beam and slab for my project.

Work detail

Beam size 3.5’ X1.5’ X 80’

Slab:  44’X80’

The height of building is 43’ level. 

Our contractor Rate as below

Beam: 450rs/sqft

Slab: 350rs/sqft.

What is the current basic rate for

Centering /shuttering

Reinforcement  25mm 20mm and  12mm  for stirrup.

Slab : 8mm dia for two way slab

Also Beam and slab concreting?

      The rates can be verified for normal work. It is at 43 feet height and extra  support is required according to site situation and four or five time supports is needed. so cannot be verified.
