My engineer has provided door and window details, how to calculate the requirement of wood in CFT |

It is simple arethhmatic. You should count the numbers and length of all the members of doors and windows according to single rebate and double rebate and multiply them with their size i.e. with the width and depth and in this way you can find the quantity. | | |

Jokes apart...Its very simple to calculate the quantity required for window.
First you have seperate your windows shutter parts according to its thickness.
Frames of shutter is usually 1.25" or 32mm thick Panel are usually 3/4" 19 mm thick
So volume is L(4'+4'+1'6"+1'6" ) x B(3"/12) x T (1.25"/12) = Total CFT.
