·         Plumbing drawings which will include the network of laying of the pipes.

·         Water supply and sanitary ware details. 

A.4. Structural Services:

This service will include the following:                

·         Structural drawings showing slab reinforcement details.

·         Drawings for foundation of columns, walls and arrangement of steel bars in beams.

This document is prepared after analyzing the architectural plan of the building and has all details about the cost and material involved. For example, it will give you the exact quantity of cement bags, bricks, sand, steel and other raw material required and the prices in your area.
