Road at back of house - !!!!! URGENT !!!!!

 Topic: Road at back of house - !!!!! URGENT !!!!!
Dear friends , ghar experts..

I am planning to purchase plot no: 18(north facing) in the layout attached. Also paid advance. But, lately heard that in future, towards the back of the #18 or #17 plot, their might be possibility of road ending. Please throw some light on this. 

Is it bad to have road ending towards back of our plot. 

Kindly throw some suggestions, which one to buy as well.
