Sir,if i fix rs 110/= per sq feet covered area labour rate of two storey building, i want to know ,what are the items petty contractor will do in this rate eg foundation work,brick work,shuttering ,RCC work,plaster work,flooring(tiles and stone work),window and door fixing,stone grinding,white washing.covered area is 9000 sq feet |

Generally the labor rate contractor do not lay tile& stone floor and not do white washing, grinding. The item of construction should be given/ written in the contract agreement so that there is no any dispute later on. For more help you go through the article link given below.
