Topic: Vastu for Brothers to buy land or house next to each other

Hi,

Currently I own a plot which is west facing and now I am constructing ahouse in it which has north east/north entrance.
My elder brother is planning to buy a plot next to me which is on the north side. Can some one please suggest me if this is OK as per vastu.
