Topic: auspicious number for selection of a plot

hi the article on vastu for a plot was extremely helpful, crisp and very easy to understand however i have a certain question and request you to kindly help me with this. Well we have a choice of buying a 300 sq. yard plot out of two, one address reads as LX10( it is not L10, it is LX10)East facing plot and the other is F49 North facing plot however the row with the plot number LX10 has 13 plots in it, there are 13 plots in a row...so which one do you find more auspicious or better for us to purchase thanks it'll be extremely helpful.
