confusion for choosing duplex model or simple ground floor model house

 Topic: confusion for choosing duplex model or simple ground floor model house
i want to construct a house in my plot. My plot area is 30*40 North West corner plot. I'm getting confusion for choosing either individual ground floor house or duplex model like.. Please suggest which is good like.
