 Topic: How much can I construct?
I have a 7 kottah 10 chatak (5500 sq ft) corner plot with 40 ft road on 2 sides. The FAR is 2.25. I want to construct a building and want to know:
1. How much saleable area (super built up area) can I construct?
2. How many floors can I build on this plot? 
3. What could be the sq ft size of each floor?
