Topic: request lowest possible quote

Hi,

I am planning to start a construction on my 200 square yard land at HYDERABAD.

I plan to build with the carpet are of 600 square feet per floor G+2.

I want to use the fiber glass sliders for balcony doors and all the windows, including POP.

I have the house plan and the lowest quote that I have is of Rs.650.

Please respond.

JAI PRAKASH Join date: May 2014	Hi Anirvan, Why are you building only 600 sq. ft as 200 sq.yards = 1800 sq.ft.? Rs. 650 is what, sq.ft.? Is it including all the labour and material with paint and all? Normally the basic structure (wall, plaster, lantel, wooden frames not door or windows, plain floor not tiles or stone) will cost you arounf 650/sq.ft. Plz be careful or share more info.
