A VERY GOOD ARTICLE FOR THOSE WHO R GOING 2 HIRE A CONTRACTOR.
I have a very bad experience with DUTTA & DUTTA architects of Manimajra, Chandigarh. They have office in Pathankot also and operate in Punjab, H.P AND adjoining Haryana. They employed supervisor who had no significant experience and substandard subcontractors . Most of them left the job after a few months as they were not getting the promised salary. Material was also of poor quality. So finally I had to throw he out and get the work done myself by hiring better people. Because of all this, project got delayed by 6 months, there were material & labour losses besides increase in construction cost.My sincere advice-" Don't deal with Dutta and Dutta. They are fraud people
