,I have already constructed a building and planing to start similar building , this are low budget appartments ,iwant for information that my contractor have charged me a correct price for the existing building,
He have charged me including material IRS 50 lacs
appartments -5 nos with are total area (240sqm carpet)
balcony totat area (50sqm carpet)
Stilt parking underground (60sqm carpet are)
Stilt parking on graound floor (100spm carpet area)
