 Topic: Construction of House with shop
sir,i have a land of 16'*54' i want to construct house with Facing south with 16'. Can home made in this land? my plan is GF-parking , 1st floor shop and second floor house. In Buxar Bihar what is  appx cost ?

The hit and trial method is the cost may be Rs1000- 1500 per sqft
