|  Topic: Cost of RCC
Sir,
I have a requirement wherein I have to build 2 structures of dimensions 110*26.
Does the RCC Rate and Construction cost vary if I build the Structures One on top of the other?
what is the best way to proceed? 1. A Single Level [Ground Floor] structure which is 110*52 (26x2)or
2. G+1 Structure with 110*52

My query is whether to build two 110*26 structures side by side in the Ground Floor or one above the other? Which one will be cost saving?

If you made house/structure at ground, that is costly than the ground and first floor structure as the cost of foundation is saved.
