 Topic: Fiber sheet on the roof
Hello

I am planning to put up fiber sheet to cover entire terrace of my house in Ajmer. As of now the terrace is in bad shape so I am considering 2 options (given by various contractors)- (a) getting the terrace repaired- majority of contractors are saying the same (b) getting the house built up from scratch- only few are saying this.

Irrespective of the options above, I think it will be good to have the terrace area covered with fiber sheet to prevent it from getting damaged due to heavy rain.

  • Please advise if this is the right way to do
  • If this is the right way to do- please advise which fiber sheet should I buy and how much per square foot will it cost.
  • Is it durable enough to last for 5 years +
