 Topic: Full Plan Needed

Hi,

I have a commercial plot on the main road (32.5 front face x 35 depth) and I would like to demolish it and create a plaza on it with a basement.  I would like to request help from architectures who can give me a design for this building which should be strong to stand in earthquake, also be able to hold a cellphone tower on top of the building.  I would like to utilize all the space so that no space is wasted because of stairs/bathroom etc.
