New Construction in 40 width 70 length west facing plot

 Topic: New Construction in 40 width 70 length west facing plot
i am planning to construct 311 sq.yard west facing plot
size 40' width roadside 70' length.

Stilt Floor -For Parking
Ground Floor - Two-3 BHK House(or) 2 BHK House(for me)
First Floor - Four- 1 BHK Houses(for Rental Purpose)
Second Floor - Two- 2 BHK Houses(for Rental Purpose)

How much Cost for above construction approximately?
and also house plans for above requirement

Join date: May 2014		It will cost you around 1.35 Cr to 1.50 Cr. in the best material. For Parking, ground, First and second floor.

Area = 40870 = 2800 Sq.Ft. x 4 = 11200 Sq.ft.
