Appreciate the valuable suggestions given by experts in ghar expert. Really its nice one.

My Question:

---------------

I have attached the layout for my new construction(895sq.ft) along with foundation work column size specified by promotors. East facing site.

Specifications is without full pillar. (mentioned as columns, cut pillars). Earth work depth is 5".

Kindly tell me whether the size mentioned is good enough for ground floor alone now. Future i may go for first floor.

Parking ..not enough for 'car position' .as shown in drg.2. Set backs.. right ,left and rear are not suitable for working ,instead go for OTS (open to sky) 3. use columns for both floors with connections of beams at litel level and slab level...regards
