Topic: Plan for a 16x45 sq ft with a duplex house

Hi,

I was looking for a plan which could help me to construct keeping the below points in mind

1) Land is South Facing with 16ft facing the road and 45ft depth.

2) Planning for a duplex (GF+1) house with EAST facing

3) We would need to have a car parking with atleast 3 bike parking and have stairs to reach 2nd floor (for rent)

4) GF: Hall+Kitchen+Bathroom & Toilet+Small Room+Space for Pooja

5) FF: 2 Big rooms with Balcony and attched Bathroom and toilet

6) Second Floor House - 2BHK

Please help me planning for the same as i shall get back to you soon for the detailed plan.
