Topic: Planning for new house construction

Hi Gurus,

Greetings !

I have bought land of 10 meter x 18 meter. 10 meter is facing the road side.

I wish to leave around 10 feet x 32.8 feet space for small gardening in front side (road side) and wish to leave 5 feet x 32.8 feet behind as open space.

Rest of the land (in ground floor) I wish to build 2 master bedroom + 1 hall + 1 kitchen and a small single bedroom + hall + kitchen house.

In first floor, I wish to build 2 houses (for rent) of any sizes.

Could you please guide me for the following:

1. What sizes must be the rooms, hall and kitchen?

2. How much would the approximate estimate for the above construction with using good quality of construction materials? The plot is in Hubli (Karnataka State) location.

JAI PRAKASH Join date: May 2014	Hi Fahim, You have sufficient land size as per the planning. Chose the sizes as per your requirement or get in touch with an architect if possible. The total cost would be 1200/sq.ft. x the lantel area of the constructed part.

You can see HOUSE PLAN SECTION of website gharexpert.com OR contact support@gharexpert.com for house plan and other drawings. The cost of construction depends upon the drawing of rhe house and specification used in the construction. How ever general rates is from Rs 1200-00 to Rs 1600-00 per sft.
