Topic: Polish on MDF Plain Board

I have to get the designer moulding prepared with MDF board. Would there be any problem in polishing. Is there any special procedure? And will the walnut match with teak wood door.? My painter told me that it will not stay long and cracked very quickly. Please clarify

Hello Pooja, Yes you painter recommend you the right thing, although you can go with the polish but the polish doesn't stay longer, as i know you should go with the paint as it has a long life on MDF not crack easily.
