|  Topic: To build house in a plot size 30'X40'. Ground floor of self use and first floor
To build house in a plot size 30'X40'. Ground floor of self use and first floor with two seprate portion for rental purpose.The plot is East facing with main road. In ground floor the required rooms are Hall, Kitchen, 2 bed rooms one with attached bath room, pooja room, seprated toilet with bath for gust and car packing, Stair case outside.First floor with Hall, Kitchen, Poojaroom,Bedroom, toilet with bath and commen bolcony in fornt side for 5'width for both portion.I herewith kindly request you to guide me with sample plan, elevation, and cost estimate.
