 Topic: Need Layout plan for a duplex house
Hi,

I have a north facing plot of around 1080 sqft. I want to build a duplex house of modern design.

Please find below following detail requirement.

1. I want to build my dream house with modern architecture. Want to build hanged suspended stair.
2. I want to build a duplex house with G+1. I need one garage in G floor and mezzanine room on top of garage.
3. I want to have kitchen / dining in Ground floor. One drawing room in ground floor. One bedroom with attached toilet in ground floor.
4. In first floor I want to have two bedroom with balcony. Also one toilet is required in 1st floor.
5. I want to have one study room also.

Can anyone please provide some nice floor plans that can meet my requirement to build my dream house. Please send me details to
