 Topic: cost per square feet
Hello ,
can you give me construction cost for rcc buliding (rs/ square feet) in Nashik Maharashtra. i am planning to build  ground (parking) +4 floors buliding for my our combined family. it will have basic aminities.

also my friends have bad exprience with civil eng, contractor. they were only looking at ways to get  dalali from sub contractor. so i am thnkig of getting plan from architect and get it approved. and do rest by own. is it possible? if so how to proceed and what are steps?
