 Topic: front elevation design
Sir,

I want to construct new house measuring plot size front 42'x depth
61' having two side road.

I want to construct it in four floors with basement out which two floors for
rental purpose and two for own use.

My querry is that which floor shoul I keep for my own use and what type\
of front elevation it should be to look like kothi concept

 I guess you are not planning to have a lift provision. In that case I suggest you to have the 1st and 2nd floor for your use and rent out the top two floors. 

 Regarding front elevation, each individual have different tastes. So, i suggest you better sit with an architect and show him the kind of elevations you like personally, so that he can suggest you a best elevation plan for your building.
