Is there a rule such as a ratio of Plinth area to saleable area that is mandated by the city. Does Plinth are include all coveered carpet area plus the balconies. How is it defined

        For the rule you should contact the office of INDIAN STANDARD ( I S No) where you can find the details about area.
Secondly the builder print the condition on their sale voucher about the area.
