 Topic: Looking for steel estimation and number of straight and vertical and plain beam estimation
Hello sir looking for a help in building home 
width 25 and length 38
i planning for g+3 with 2 rooms one hall and one drawing room basically in 6 blocks and middle block will be call of width 16 feet
1)can you please share me the estilamtion of steel
 2) how many pillars i need to take and size and steel rod size.
3) how much on the slab and the slab size,
4) vertical and the straight beam size and stell

Dear Sir,
        The detail can be calculated on the basis of bearing capacity of soil, load bear by the column, beam with safety from earth quack etc. So it is advice that take proper structural design the rate for structure design is Rs 4-00 per sft including foundation design, beam, column slab stair, mumty etc.

       During construction if we spent some time about design, specification and quality of construction than there is lot of improvement one can find in construction.
gharexpert.com website provide maximum engineering detail relating to construction if one have time and read these.
