 Topic: urgent : huge problem - best way to reduce cost diff : pls help
i have a 2400 sqft plot with 25 ft decent wide road in front,
in which i wanna get 3400 sqft construction (so you can have rough idea that i need decent amount of material in quantity)

but from main highway to my lane, in our colony lanes, at middle there are 2 bends which are quite narrow, not possible for large truck or dumper to come, but ok for tractor and mini truck.

Now i inquired for best rates for brick and dust and bazree,
brick truck is verylong that brings 13000 bricks and bazree from yamuna himachal brings 500 ft bazree in huge dumpers.

Now they cannot come directly to my plot because of bends in between.

What to do, find a plot empty (no one is nearby atleast 500 mtrs as colony is already developed without vacant plots) and get unload of material from big dumper/truck to tractor troll/ mini truck

option #2
or get all items in small quanity.

my contractor it will make huge diff. and actual qtn is never true in tractor trolly

Please suggest as per your experience.

       There are two solution for problem given by you
1. Take supply from the vehicles which reach directly at your construction site.
2. Unload the material at distance 500' as stated by you and re carriage with tractor.
Compare the rates and adopt which ever is cheap option for you.
In my opinion the 2nd option is better for you.
