Really it is a good information and guideline, in my view there should be a technical person who look after your construction work.An Engineer or Architect provides their services for the Technical Supervision of Work according to specification and drawings at very nominal rates as compared to total cost of constrn.

these days fiber glass net of differnt thickness is available .u just open the crack area and fix this wiremesh with the help of cement.its rustproof and more strenght and easy to install.use it and plaster again. area will remain crackless for life time.
