 Topic: Estimate for 3rd and 4th floor
I need a rough estimate for construction of 3rd and 4th floor of my home in Ghaziabad area. A rough estimate figure would do, would appreciate any kind of detailing in it. I just want a general idea to cross match with what contractors here are quoting.

I have 1600sqft area and have proper and strong foundation along with Ground and 1st floor.
I am not looking to create rooms on my 3rd and 4th floor for now and would just like to leave them as "halls".  

As such, I am looking to have around 9 pillars, 4 walls and 1 roof/rcc slab/lanter on each floor (I need 2 floors so per floor cost would be perfect).

Any estimate idea of labor charge will be appreciated as well, since the same contractor who did our G+1 is quoting more labor charges now justifying them as "the higher you construct, the more labor it costs".
