I am planning to contruct a house in the near future.  i want it to be constructed on stilt to avoid flooding problems...approx 1200 sq feet. ( with 2 septic tanks). Can u advise me the approx cost of construction

         The cost is related to plan and specification used during construction. The general rate is 1200 to 1500-00 per sft.
