        Proposal of plan is according to the need of family and one own liking.

         I like the fact that every room on the perimeter has provisions for cross ventilation. The dining room has been located in the centre with no provision for fresh air intake or daylighting. This will increase you operation cost. I suggest you incorporate high ceiling with a roof vent or solar chimney above the dining room. This will ensure optimum day light and ventilation through the stack effect.
